Gender: Female Goal Type: Marathon Finish Running Accomplishments: i really haven't done much running. i was in cross country and track my senior year of high school and have done some more here and there, before and since. Short-Term Running Goals: i am currently pregnant with my first child and would love to at least have the same body after i deliver in a few weeks. preferably though, i would like to lose five to ten lbs and get in shape so that i can do more sports and be comfortable. i am not over weight, i would just like to be tone overall. i would like to run a half marathon at the end of this year, a full marathon at the end of next year, and be training for a triathlon after that. Long-Term Running Goals: to make running a constant part of my life. to always look my best, feel my best, and be happy with my healthy body. Personal: i have been married for a year now to my best friend. we are expecting our first baby in three weeks - a baby girl. |
